Mango Mousse Cake

buat bulatan banyak2 kt keliling kek
letak manggo filling
tarik kasi cun sikit
bersalut mousse
pandangan atas
Spesel utk Abah n Hb sempena Fathers day...




Semua suka sangat kek ni, Alhamdulillah...Guna Sponge cake resipi Nina , Mousse dia pulak, resipi dari kak Roylazim(resipi asalnye utk Durian Mousse Cake)

Bahan-bahan

125 gm tepung gandum
120 gm gula halus (100 gm dah cukup)
4 biji telur
50 ml air <--- saya blend je mango+ air, then tapiskan..amik jus dia skt
13 gm ovelette
60gm mentega dicairkan
1 sudu besar strawberi paste <- saye tak letak apa2 paste pun

Caranya:

1.Putar laju tepung,gula halus, telur air dan ovelette hingga ringan.
2.Tuang mentega kaup balikkan.
3.Masukkan dalam loyang dan bakar macam biasa.

* Nota - saya buat 1 1/2 adunan dari resipi di atas

2 egg yolks
50 gm. sugar
250 gm. Fresh durian flesh <--- saya blend je mangga

Method for making durian mousse (tukar kan ngan manggo)

(1) Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl over simmering water until puffy. Stir in Durian flesh and cook for a while to warm it up.
(2) Mix gelatine powder with water. Microwave for a while till gelatine melts and add into durian flesh mixture. Stir till well mixed. <--saya steam je, microwave ilekkk...
(4) Add in milk and stir thoroughly.
(3) Gently fold in whipped cream making sure it is mixed thoroughly.


* filling kat atas tu saya hentam mcmni.. (Dr Noi, this is 4 u.. )

saya blend mangga..then didihkan gula kasi hancur, masukkan mangga yg diblend.. pastu bancuh tepung jagung ngan air.. campur2.Masak kjp. Siap.. Time nak deco, pipe je between fresh cream tu.

Utk deco ala2 web tu, saya tiru idea kak Ayu Loveliana...



Rupa mmg ada sikit kureng... Tapi rasa mmg sedap membelai tekakku sefamily.Terasa diawang-awangan.ehhehe.. Gambar yg dipotong plak, takdooo.. tak sempat diselamatkan..
